Young ventriloquist wins $1,000 prize at Rockwall talent show

A fourteen-year-old ventriloquist from Heath won the $1,000 first place prize at the “Rockwall’s Got Talent” show hosted by the Rockwall Community Playhouse recently at Utley Middle School.
