Scoring touchdowns on its first six possessions, Rockwall-Heath scored more points in the first half against I-30 Cross-town Classic rival Rockwall than it has in any complete game this season, and the 13th-ranked Hawks clobbered the seventh-ranked Yellow Jackets 55-38 last night at Wilkerson-Sanders stadium, winning the inaugural Congressman Ralph Hall trophy.

Rockwall runs over Royse City, 42-21

ROYSE CITY – Rockwall’s Josh Broach rushed for 243 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Yellow Jackets to a 42-21 win over Royse City Friday night at Royse City stadium.
Broach scored on runs of 5, 53 and 53 yards.
All totaled, the Yellow Jackets (3-1) rushed for 364 yards, including a 13-yard scoring run by quarterback Adam Dingwell.

Junior running back Josh Broach scored his third touchdown of the night on  a five-yard run with less than two minutes remaining on the clock to lead Rockwall to a hard fought, 31-28, come-from-behind victory over neighboring Rowlett last night, as the Yellow Jackets successfully christened their beautiful new Wilkerson-Sanders stadium in front of about 8,000 spectators.
