By Jeff Mateer. GREENVILLE - Greenville Christian School captured the TAPPS Six-Man Division District 2 title defeating rival Rockwall’s Heritage Christian Academy, 54 to 8, Saturday afternoon.   
HCA opened the scoring when freshman quarterback Nathan Mateer connected with junior wide receiver Aaron Mateer on an 18-yard touchdown pass.

By Jeff Mateer. DALLAS – Rockwall’s Heritage Christian Academy (HCA) evened its record to 3-3 with an impressive 60 to 15 victory Saturday afternoon over district rival Dallas Lakehill Preparatory, who fell to 6-2.

Most if not all Rockwall County schools not streaming live Obama speech to students in classrooms

By J.J. Smith. Most and perhaps none of Rockwall County’s public and private schools will be showing President Obama’s controversial live speech to school children in their classes Tuesday morning at 11 a.m (Central Time).
Rockwall ISD will provide ”optional access” at a designated location on each campus.
