Fox 4 TV News video. HEATH, Texas – A man with criminal intentions was able to walk into an elementary school in Heath Thursday and sit down to eat lunch with students.
Police said Desi Smalley knocked on a side door at Dorothy Smith Pullen Elementary School. A student opened it and let him in.

WFAA-TV Video News. HEATH – Police have arrested a man who is accused of attempted kidnapping, after he allegedly slipped into a side door at Dorothy Smith Pullen Elementary, on Thursday.
Desi Smalley, 36, was caught in Arkansas this morning.

Coroner rules Alexis Lancaster death accident caused by heroin, Xanax
By J.J. Smith. The death of 2008 Rockwall High School graduate Alexis Lancaster was an “accident, caused by the combined effects of heroin, alprazolam and diphenhydramine,” according to the official toxicology report just released by the Dallas County Coroner’s office.
The report was completed Dec. 8, according to a spokesperson with the Coroner’s Office.
