TheRockwallNews.com is the leading online news publisher in Rockwall County TX, now with more readers than most of the four weekly newspapers.
Only about one year old, we plan soon to become Rockwall County’s number one news source, plus Rockwall County’s first daily news service!
“First with the news you want to click,” we don’t publish an “old school” newspaper; just a state-of-the-art website, filled 24/7 with local breaking news, headlines, feature stories, videos, photos, opinions, comments and more.
At TheRockwallNews.com, we focus on publishing news stories about topics that Rockwall County residents tell us they most want to click on and read about.
Launched in May, 2009, our readership quickly exploded to over 25,000 readers per month, as of Jan. 1, 2010. With over 80,000 primarily upscale, educated, Rockwall County residents, we expect this number to easily double within the next year and eventually number in the hundreds of thousands of page views.
Why should your business advertise on TheRockwallNews.com?
1. More people now obtain their news from websites (47%) than from any other media, including TV (30%).
(We Media/Zogby Interactive Poll, 2008)
2. People who read their news online are more affluent and have more disposable income for purchasing your product or service.
3. The RockwallNews.com has at least as many and likely more actual readers than most local newspapers or magazines, some of which may claim to deliver 30,000 issues but have no way of knowing actual readership.
4. Your online ads are easily seen on a daily basis, 24/7/365, as opposed to being squashed together in publications weekly or monthly.
5. Our low advertising rates provide the greatest dollar-for-dollar advertising value and most cost-effective means for reaching Rockwall County’s upscale residents who prefer reading the news online.
