4 suspects arrested for Rockwall home burglaries

ROCKWALL – Rockwall Police announced this morning that four suspects were arrested yesterday morning for their roles in the numerous home burglaries that have occurred during the past 2-3 weeks in the Rockwall area on charges of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity – Burglary.

According to Public Information Officer Sgt. Aaron McGrew, the four suspects were caught in a vehicle that matched the description given by witnesses when police deployed in the affected areas observed suspicious activity in the 1400 block of Lochspring Dr. That location is just south of Costco in the Meadow Creek subdivision.

The suspects are Detrevion Turner, Marcus Duren, Decoreum Clater and Jesse Houston, all from Dallas.

An investigation into the offenses is being handled by the Rockwall Police Criminal Investigation Division.

The majority of the home break-ins were committed in the morning hours at homes that were empty. The doors were broken down by burglars to gain entry.
