Armed men rob Rowlett Whataburger; police asking for help from public

ROWLETT – Two armed men and one female robbed the Whataburger restaurant located at 2500 Lakeview Parkway/Hwy. 66, July 11 at 3:56 a.m.

Rowlett Police are now asking for the public’s help in finding them.

According to spokesman John Ellision, the suspects were armed with handguns and left with an undisclosed amount of money in a small, dark-colored, four-door vehicle with paper tags.

No customers were in the restaurant at the time of the robbery and no employees were physically injured.

The three suspects are described as follows:

~Suspect #1 is a white male, 18-25 years of age, 5’8 & 150 lbs, green eyes, side burns, with bar/ball earrings, black baseball cap with design, black short sleeve shirt with design on front, khaki shorts and a blue shirt around his face to hide his identity. He displayed a large black revolver.

~Suspect #2 is a white or Hispanic male, 6’0 & 200-225 lbs. wearing a black baseball cap with Mickey Mouse stitching design, white t-shirt, dark colored lanyard around his neck, blue jeans and black shoes.  He had a shirt around his face to hide his identity and displayed black semi-automatic handgun.

~Suspect #3 is a white female, 18-25 years of age, 5’5″ & 130-140 lbs, short blonde hair with piercing on right eyebrow, and she was wearing “Dallas Cowboys” star emblem knit cap, a blue & white horizontal polo type shirt and blue Capri type shorts.  The suspect covered her face to hide her identity and wore gloves.
