Florance makes closing remarks focusing on County’s finances

(Royse City Herald Banner) During a brief, impromptu interview this week, outgoing County Judge Chris Florance reflected on his four-year term that concludes today.

His comments began with county finances and ended with county finances.

He was quick to say that Rockwall County had $14 million in reserves when he took office four years ago. And when he leaves office, Florance said, the county will have $21 million in reserves.
