Road repairs won’t come soon enough for Rockwall neighborhood

WFAA-TV News. Few North Texans dread a rainy day more that the folks on Tubbs Road in Rockwall.

Their part of the paved street becomes a murky mess because the potholes are so deep, they fill up with mud.

Nicely paved with solid concrete, the “good” side of Tubbs Road couldn’t get much better. But across a muddy median, there is the “bad” side of Tubbs Road — rotting asphalt pockmarked with potholes that look like small ponds.
