Man drowns in Lake Ray Hubbard early Sunday night
By J.J. Smith. A Dallas man went missing during a birthday party celebration and his body was found in Lake Ray Hubbard at about 12:30 am Sunday.
Dallas police said 22-year-old Guillermo Andrade was rushed by Garland Fire Department paramedics to Texas Health Rockwall Hospital, but he was pronounced dead.
No other details are known at this time.
