Commissioners soon will consider approving vet memorial design
Rockwall County Herald Banner. Rockwall County commissioners soon will consider approving a design for a veterans memorial that will be built on the site of the planned Rockwall County Courthouse.
Commissioner Lorie Grinnan, who is heading up the design project, said a date has not been set to present the design entries to commissioners.
Grinnan said members of a 14-person design jury have been individually evaluating the 10 entries submitted in a veterans memorial design contest.
