Pet care facility planned for Heath
The Rockwall County Herald Banner. Action by the Heath City Council has cleared the way for the construction of a 17,000-square-foot pet care facility.
The city council approved an ordinance Tuesday night that established a planned development zoning district in the Cobblestone Farms Phase 2 addition, on the northwest corner of Horizon Road and Hope Drive.
The developer will be Whittle Development.
