Dallas Morning News Restaurant Review: Bin 303


If it’s true that Bin 303 “never forgets that our guests’ utmost satisfaction is top priority,” as its Web site says, the management of the 3-month- old restaurant has a funny way of showing it.

After my guests and I suffered through disappointing appetizers and deplorable main courses, our server (who had been warm and attentive all the way through) noticed one of my party complaining to me that he couldn’t eat his fatty, gristly, overcooked steak. On her toes, our server summoned the manager (and co-owner) Breean (pronounced Brenn) Nugent.
