Rockwall’s Heritage Christian crushed by Tomball Rosehill Christian, 56-6

By Jeff Mateer. TOMBALL- Rockwall’s Heritage Christian Academy (HCA) travelled to Tomball Friday night, suffering a one-sided 56-6 defeat to Rosehill Christian School in their opening game of the season.  

Rosehill’s running attack dominated the game, rushing for 419 yards, led by senior running back Chase Oliver who carried 22 times for 334 yards. 

HCA’s only score came in the first quarter when freshman quarterback Nathan Mateer completed a 28-yard touchdown pass to his brother, junior Aaron Mateer.
