New council members seated at city hall
It was a quick changing of the guard at city hall last Tuesday night as the majority of council seats were replaced.
The audience chairs were nearly full for the event as many family and well-wishers, including Brooks Williams who was unsuccessful in his bid for Place 1 on the council, came to city hall to witness the event.
