Rockwall softball, Heath baseball teams continue playoffs tonight

Rockwall ISD’s championship softball and baseball teams continue regional Class 4A Region II semi-final playoff action tonight, Friday night and, if needed, on Saturday, in best-of-three game series.

District 10A girls softball champion Rockwall will play District 9A runner-up Mesquite Poteet tonight and Friday at 7  pm at Wylie. A third game would be played Saturday at Noon.

District 10A runner-up Rockwall-Heath will advance to play Highland Park, which is still playing in the playoffs despite only finishing in fourth place in District 10A,  at 7:30 tonight and Friday. If a game is needed Saturday, game time will begin at 1 pm.
